There are many aspects to roofing that many don’t think of, such as rafters and trusses (or joists), the support of your roof to gutters that keep the rain directed away from your home! We tackle all elements of roofing, including but not limited to supports, underlayment, flashing, edging, fascia and much more.
Your roof is your first line of defense for your property between you and the weather here in Washington. As such, your roof will degrade over time depending on the material used originally. - We offer FREE roof and gutter inspections, no matter how high the roof is we seek to ensure that your roof is experiencing no leaks or damage that is unseen from the ground. We will get on a ladder for you to check and see that there are no broken tiles or shingles, that no damage has occurred to the seams of your metal roof.
- Maintenance:
- If we see any issues or damage that can affect the lifetime of your roof, by catching issues early on and preventing further damage to your home with regular maintenance. Such as replacing gutters and drains, or fascia boards around your home!
- Installation and replacement:
- We can ensure the longevity of your home after your roofs lifetime is done. Depending on the material, a roofs lifetime can range from as little as 10 years to those with lifetime grantees. - Skylight:
- Insulation, sealing, Installation, and replacement of skylights is a service we also provide, letting your view of above stay reliable and leak free!
Structure
- Gutters:
- Offering full gutter replacement. regular gutter upkeep is important to keep in mind around your home, as the system that redirects water and debris from areas to prevent excess stress to the structure. Gutter replacement should be done every 20 to 30 years, unless other issues are present.
- Evaluation and repair of support:
- if you have sagging or notable damage to the structure this will cause future issues later down the road, we are happy to provide services from the rafters to decking and everything between to make sure you save money in future roof projects, and limit further damage to your home.
- Soffit and fascia:
- If you experience falling fascia, or soffits that are damaged it’s best to get these fixed as soon as possible, from repairs to full reinstallation of these elements at the borders of your roof. Often with a lifetime of 20 to 40 years, you can extend that further with new materials and methods of installation especially on older homes!

- Rafters and Trusses;
- The support and structure of your roof, defining the shape and style of your roof. May also for flat roofing include joists, or beams that support the roofing.
- Insulation;
- The element, often comprised of fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, is the material that reduces thermal conductivity to your home. Keeping heat out and your structure contained to your comfort.
- Underlayment;
- this is the layer that protects your home from water seeping into your structure and damaging the support components, or worse water damage further into your structure.
- Flashing;
- is used to protect components such as vents and chimneys by creating a border to prevent water from entering spaces between those elements.
- Drip edge, and gutters;
- Gutters are the drainage system that directs water and other debris away from your home and off of your roof to prevent collection and excess strain on your roof.
- Roofing covering;
- The primary outmost material for your roof, this is the most aesthetic but a very valuable element of your roof. From shingles to metal and all in between, this will reflect sunlight and solar heat from your structure.
